We would love to have you engage with us on this very important work. Your participation is key to tackling the mosquito pest control issues that your community faces. We hope that using these easy to follow instructions and materials can help you engage your friends, family, and local community members in using citizen science (click to learn more) to advocate for and address issues in your community.
Citizen science is community engaged science where participants play an important role in helping scientists gather information from the place that you live. In particular, we want to understand the relationship between adult mosquitos (and mosquito nuisance!) and mosquito breeding places (water holding habitat).
To help you achieve these goals we are available to answer any questions or concerns at any time. Please feel free to give us a call at 848/932-9164. We expect that there will a time commitment of a maximum of one hour spread over three months. In appreciation of volunteer time and effort, we are giving out prizes of up to $100!
